Company History

Under Construction was founded in 1995 by Duan Carnaby, whose business philosophy for building and remodeling homes is two-fold: to build homes as if he was going to live in them and to treat customers and subcontractors as he would like to be treated. It is this commitment to honest, personalized relationships that is responsible for Under Construction’s high quality reputation in residential construction and remodeling.
